Dr. Dan Foster's family is among the best-known and most respected at the Lake of the Ozarks. Foster, a dentist, has been involved in development and construction for 25 years. He has been a principal in projects including Cedar Glen, Park Place and Woodland Shores condominiums. Foster has served as a city alderman, a member of the state Board of Health and he volunteers his time to a number of service organizations. Foster and his wife, Nickie, live in Osage Beach.

Jeff Tillman, right, has been named one of the top 500 young businessmen in the United States, and has been in the subcontracting business at Lake of the Ozarks and nationwide for two decades.

Tillman owns MidWest Coatings, Tillman Properties, Tillman Leasing and Midstate Land and Development which operates nationwide with private business and government. He has been a principal in the successful development of Ledges, Park Place and Cedar Glen condominiums.
